3-Month Somatic Healing Experience
The somatic path to healing is gentle and profound. I will teach you to access a specific pathway birthed from neurology, and embodiment practices.
2 Somatic Healing Sessions per Month
You will receive 1 bodywork session, and 1 somatic movement session each month within Oracle. These trauma-sensitive sessions are curated to your specific needs.
3-Months in the Body Language Community
The Body Language Community is a space where you can access a library of somatic healing resources, as well as live monthly classes with me.
